The role:

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and forward-thinking Marketing Product Specialist
 to join our team and play an important role in shaping the future of our mobile, VAS, and online products. In this role, you'll dive deep into understanding customer needs, support impactful marketing initiatives, and help steer product development and positioning.

You'll collaborate with diverse teams across the company, contributing your insights to ensure our products stay competitive and deliver real value. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where your ideas and efforts directly influence success, this is the role for you.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Support the implementation of product marketing campaigns, including setting objectives and analyzing performance metrics
  • Work closely with internal teams across the organization to align efforts and ensure successful product outcomes
  • Propose enhancements to product propositions, focusing on customer experience, features, benefits, and pricing
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the product roadmap for specific segments in alignment with company strategy
  • Prepare and maintain performance tracking reports and dashboards
  • Provide insights to optimize the product mix across the lifecycle, incorporating customer and business feedback
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new systems and reports supporting segment-specific products

Your Profile:

  • University degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Management Science, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in product management or product marketing
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data reporting and performance analysis
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and experience coordinating between business and technical teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken
