Trade Marketing Officer, Nicosia - TMO/10/25

The Trade Marketing Officer will support the Marketing Team in executing brand and trade marketing initiatives across various channels. The role will involve coordinating marketing campaigns, preparing trade marketing analyses and reports, and assisting in the planning and execution of out-of-home (OOH) and brand activation events. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a passion for FMCG marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Activities
    Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, and retail channels.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral (POS material, digital content, brochures, sales kits).
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and vendors for marketing deliverables.
  • Trade Marketing Analysis & Reporting
    Collect, track, and analyze trade marketing data (sales performance, promotions, retailer feedback).
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for the Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Evaluate ROI of trade marketing activities and provide actionable insights.
  • Support the development of trade promotions and retailer-specific plans.
  • Out-of-Home (OOH) Events & Brand Activations
    Assist in planning and executing OOH campaigns, sampling activities, and promotional events.
  • Liaise with event agencies, suppliers, and field teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Manage logistics, budgets, and timelines for activations and events.

  • Gather feedback and measure event effectiveness against KPIs.

  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in FMCG marketing, trade marketing, or related role will be considered.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
