Job Description

PropXP is growing fast and we're looking for a creative, organized, and brand-focused Social Media Manager to lead our social presence. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing our entire social media strategy across platforms. From developing publishing calendars to leading creative execution, you'll work closely with the content and design teams to ensure everything we post reflects PropXP's voice, values, and vision. This role is for someone who understands both strategy and storytelling a person who can bring structure, creativity, and brand emotion together in one direction. You'll be an important part of forming our brand identity online and helping shape how the world sees PropXP.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
  • Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or Notion for planning.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Understanding of analytics and performance insights.
  • Knowledge of content creation, copywriting, or light design is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintain a social media strategy and publishing calendar for all PropXP platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Discord, and more).
  • Overseeing daily execution from content creation to posting and engagement.
  • Working closely with the content, design, and video teams to align on what needs to be produced each week.
  • Ensuring all social media content follows our brand tone, visual identity, and marketing goals.
  • Leading the creative direction of campaigns — from concept to live execution.
  • Monitoring performance, engagement, and growth metrics, and use insights to refine our approach.
  • Staying up to date on trends in social media, trading, and fintech to keep PropXP ahead of the curve.
