Role Scope
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering large-scale implementation projects and further expand your knowledge in Salesforce development. This role is both client-facing and collaborative, involving close cooperation with other developers and consultants in the team to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Work on configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce with other systems.
  • Create and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and other platform components.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to understand client needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in Salesforce development.

Qualifications

  • University / College graduate in an Information Technology or Computer Science related field
  • 2–4 years of working experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Understanding of Salesforce security, data modelling, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Aura Components is a plus
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II is a plus
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
