In a nutshellSupport the development and execution of lifecycle strategies that enhance player engagement, retention, and lifetime value. This role is responsible for building, optimizing, and personalizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring seamless player experiences throughout every stage of the lifecycle—from registration to reactivation. Success is measured by conversion performance, engagement growth, and the efficiency of automated, data-driven communication flows.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

Lifecycle Campaign Management

  • Build, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns across all lifecycle stages (registration → FTD → acquired → churned).
  • Execute targeted communications across email, push, browser, and WhatsApp/Telegram channels.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and assets with Product, Data, and Content teams.

Segmentation and Personalization

  • Create dynamic player journeys with precise segmentation and personalized messaging.
  • Ensure data accuracy, tagging, and event tracking for relevant targeting.
  • Implement automated triggers and journey rules that respond to player behavior.

Testing and Performance Optimization

  • Develop A/B tests to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategy.
  • Analyze KPIs such as conversion rate, churn, engagement, and retention uplift.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product and Data teams to align CRM initiatives with player experience goals.
  • Partner with the Content team to ensure consistent tone, timing, and messaging across all channels.
  • Contribute to cross-department initiatives that support player retention and reactivation.

Automation and Efficiency

  • Identify opportunities to automate CRM operations and scale recurring workflows.
  • Maintain CRM infrastructure integrity through ongoing testing and optimization.
  • Support tool integrations and ensure best practices in using CRM platforms like FastTrack.

All you need is…
  • Proven experience managing lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, browser, messaging apps).
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and player journey design.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools or automation platforms (e.g., FastTrack, Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ability to build and analyze A/B tests and translate results into actionable insights.
  • Solid grasp of data accuracy, tagging, and event tracking for campaign targeting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs like conversion, retention, and churn.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Content teams.
       Nice to have
  • Experience in the iGaming or other high-engagement digital industries.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel messaging platforms like WhatsApp or Telegram.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data integration for CRM operations.
  • Previous experience implementing automation workflows or journey builders at scale.
