The role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & PR Manager to lead our online strategy and communications. This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Limassol, Cyprus office. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will spearhead SEO, PPC, social media, content creation, PR distribution, and paid advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, digital-savvy, and driven by data, capable of executing campaigns that deliver measurable business impact while also strengthening our public profile through PR efforts.

What We're Looking For

  • A digital marketing expert who can translate strategy into execution across SEO, PPC, social media, PR, and paid ads
  • Proven experience executing campaigns in fintech, crypto, high-risk industries, or similarly regulated sectors
  • Strong background in creating social media content that drives engagement and brand awareness
  • Experience with PR platforms and press release distribution (e.g., PR Newswire, Business Wire, GlobeNewswire)
  • Ability to build media lists, pitch stories, and secure coverage in relevant outlets
  • Familiarity with website content management including blogs, landing pages, metadata (titles and descriptions)
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with designers, product, sales, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • A trend-aware, imaginative, results-oriented marketer who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Willingness to work onsite in

Key Responsibilities

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, titles, descriptions, and refresh website content
  • Use tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs to monitor rankings and uncover SEO opportunities
  • Drive authority-building through targeted partnerships, link acquisition, and thought leadership

PPC & Paid Campaigns

  • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and programmatic platforms
  • Oversee budgeting, bidding, and A/B testing efforts
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and conversion efficiency

Social Media: Advertising & Content

  • Plan, create, and execute paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Develop engaging organic content calendars including planning, posting, and daily community engagement
  • Align company objectives with compelling social content that drives visibility, leads, and brand reputation
  • Track digital and industry trends and adjust strategies to maximize growth opportunities

PR & Communications

  • Draft and distribute press releases, company updates, and thought leadership articles through PR newswires
  • Manage relationships with journalists, industry publications, and media partners
  • Identify PR opportunities to strengthen Obtained.'s reputation as a fintech leader
  • Collaborate with executives on PR messaging and positioning
  • Track and report on media coverage, sentiment, and brand visibility

Content & Copywriting

  • Maintain and update blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets
  • Craft high-impact marketing copy for ads, campaigns, newsletters, and social posts
  • Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all channels

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance across SEO, PPC, social ads, and PR campaigns
  • Build dashboards and reports to keep leadership informed
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for growth

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience running paid campaigns in fintech, crypto, or other high-risk industries with an understanding of compliance and ad account management
  • Solid grounding in all aspects of SEO including technical, on-page, off-page, and content optimization
  • Hands-on experience in social media management, advertising, and community growth
  • Experience with PR strategy, writing press releases, and distributing via PR newswires
  • Media relations experience with a network of relevant journalists or outlets is a plus
  • Strong PPC and paid social track record with measurable results
  • Proficiency with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, and PR distribution platforms
  • Excellent marketing copywriting and storytelling skills for both long-form and short-form content
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues onsite
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
