Nasıl bir ekip arkadaşı arıyoruz?

  • Üniversitelerin ilgili teknisyenlik ve mühendislik bölümlerinden mezun,
  • İnternet servis sağlayıcılığı (ISP) veya telekomünikasyon sektöründe en az 3 yıl deneyim sahibi,
  • Teknik servis ve saha operasyon süreçleri konusunda bilgi sahibi,
  • Arıza yönetimi, arıza analizi ve önceliklendirme konularında deneyimli,
  • Saha ekiplerini yönlendirme ve operasyonel süreçlerde liderlik etme yetkinliğine sahip,
  • Güçlü analitik düşünme ve problem çözme becerilerine sahip,
  • Müşteri memnuniyetini ön planda tutarak çözüm odaklı yaklaşım sergileyen,
  • İletişim becerileri yüksek, ekip çalışmasına yatkın ve iş birliği ruhunu benimseyen,
  • Planlama ve zaman yönetimi becerileri gelişmiş,
  • Vardiyalı sistemde çalışmaya uyum sağlayabilecek,
  • Dinamik, öğrenmeye açık ve yenilikleri takip eden.

Bu rolün görevleri nelerdir?

  • Teknik servis, arıza yönetimi ve saha operasyon süreçlerinin uçtan uca takibini ve koordinasyonunu sağlamak,
  • Saha ekiplerine operasyonel süreçlerde yönlendirme, destek ve liderlik yapmak,
  • Gelen arıza kayıtlarını analiz ederek önceliklendirmek ve çözüm süreçlerini hızlandırmak,
  • Müşteri şikayetlerini teknik açıdan değerlendirerek gerekli aksiyonları almak,
  • Günlük operasyon raporlarını hazırlamak ve yönetime sunmak,
  • Şirketin teknik kalite standartları ve servis seviyelerine (SLA) uygun hizmet sunulmasını sağlamak,
  • Süreçlerin iyileştirilmesi için öneriler geliştirmek ve hayata geçirilmesine katkı sağlamak,
  • Gerektiğinde vardiyalı sistemde görev almak.
