Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic operations oriented individual to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth coordination between our cleaners, drivers, and customers. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be essential in providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with cleaners, drivers, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
  • ⁠Review cleaning performances to uphold our high standards of cleanliness.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Operations to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • ⁠Manage online platforms and systems efficiently to track and report on cleaning activities.

Requirements:

  • ⁠Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • ⁠Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in working online and familiarity with relevant software and platforms.
  • ⁠Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
  • Proficiency in Greek and English is mandatory
  • Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese and/or French will be considered an advantage
