Key Responsibilities:

Outreach & Link Building:


• Identify and secure high-quality backlink opportunities (guest posts, partnerships, directories, etc.).


• Build relationships with bloggers, media, and industry influencers.


• Manage cold/warm outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, etc.).

Online Promotion:


• Execute creative growth tactics (Reddit, forums, social media, niche communities).


• Assist in content marketing, SEO optimization.


• Experiment with new channels to drive traffic and conversions.Autonomy & Initiative:


• Proactively test and scale what works—no micromanagement.


• Optimize processes for efficiency and measurable impact.

Requirements:


• Must have a valid work permit for Cyprus (non-negotiable).


• Experience in online marketing.
• English (fluent written/spoken, negotiation-level).


• Strong communication & persuasion skills—you can sell without being spammy.


• Self-starter mindset: You spot opportunities and act on them.


• Relentless work ethic: Comfortable with repetitive tasks that drive results.

Nice-to-Have:


• Proven experience in outreach/link building (SEO, PR, or growth marketing).


• Basic SEO/data literacy (Ahrefs/SEMrush).


• Experience in SaaS/tech marketing.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing or partnership growth.


• Basic design/video skills (Canva, Figma, short-form content).
