We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inbound Growth Specialist (POS) to join our dynamic sales team in Limassol, Cyprus. This role focuses on managing inbound leads from referrals, calls, and emails, converting interest into signed deals, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new merchants. The successful candidate will bring high energy, a consultative sales approach, and a strong closing mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You are a driven, results-oriented professional with a strong sales mindset. You excel at engaging inbound leads through calls, emails, and referrals, and turning interest into closed deals. What You Will Do:

  • Manage Inbound Leads: Handle incoming leads from calls, emails, and referrals, ensuring timely follow-up and tailored solutions for prospective merchants.
  • Close Deals: Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation, contract closure, and onboarding.
  • Consult and Present Solutions: Demonstrate a deep understanding of payabl.'s payment products and services, presenting customized POS solutions that align with merchants' business needs.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, client success, and technical teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new merchants.
  • Meet & Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets, contributing to both individual and company growth objectives.
  • Maintain CRM & Pipeline: Accurately track all sales activity, manage your pipeline, and report progress regularly.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in POS and payment solutions.

What We Need:

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within POS, payments, or fintech.
  • Strong inbound sales experience handling leads, following up, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • High energy, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Experience selling to small and medium businesses or specific industry verticals.
  • Startup/scale-up sales experience.
  • Multilingual language capabilities, especially Greek.

Hiring Process:

  • First Interview: Screening with Talent Acquisition (30–40 min)
  • Second Interview: With Hiring Manager + Talent Acquisition (60-min deep dive into sales experience and onboarding skills)
  • Final Interview: Behavioral interview to assess team and cultural fit (in-person required)
