We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Business Growth Specialist (POS) to join our diverse, passionate sales team in Limassol, Cyprus. This role is all about expanding payabl.'s market share by driving adoption of our POS solutions, identifying new prospects, and converting them into long-term customers. The successful candidate will bring high energy, a hunter mindset, and strong networking skills, thriving in a hands-on sales environment.

With a keen understanding of the payments and fintech landscape, you excel at creating opportunities and closing deals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and approach challenges with a proactive, "hunter" mentality.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and Execute Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to promote adoption of payabl.'s POS solutions across industries and business sizes.
- Prospect and Acquire New Customers: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
- Consult and Present Solutions: Build and nurture strong client relationships, uncover needs, and present tailored POS solutions that demonstrate ROI.
- Deliver Demos & Close Deals: Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations; manage full sales cycle from lead qualification through to deal closure.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, technical support, and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
- Own CRM & Pipeline: Accurately record all sales activity, maintain a healthy pipeline, and deliver on monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay Market-Savvy: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
What We Need:
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within POS, payments, or fintech.
- Hunter mentality with a track record of proactively building a pipeline and closing deals.
- Negotiation & objection-handling skills with a results-driven approach.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills – able to explain technical solutions clearly.
- Ability to conduct daily in-person visits and client meetings.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken).
Nice-to-Haves (Added Value):
- Experience selling to low–medium risk verticals with an existing portfolio of contacts.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Experience in startup/scale-up sales environments.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team.

Hiring Process:
- First interview – Screening with TA (30–40 min).
- Second interview – With Hiring Manager + TA (60-min deep dive into portfolio, sales track record, and onboarding experience.
- Final interview – Behavioral interview with Hiring Manager + TA to assess team and cultural fit in person interview.
