Compliance Operational Auditor
to join our team

Your role at HFM:

  • Lead investigations into employee misconduct, fraud, policy breaches, or operational failures.
  • Collect and review evidence, interview staff, and document findings clearly.
  • Investigate current procedures and work with other departments to take remedial action.
  • Write clear investigation reports with conclusions and recommendations and provide regular updates to the Head of Compliance.
  • Identify patterns of wrongdoing and produce reports with recommended actions.
  • Assist with investigations during inspections, ensuring the organization responds effectively.
  • Work with HR, Legal, and business leaders to decide fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Track and follow up on corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Maintain case records and always ensure confidentiality.
  • Support awareness and training on investigation procedures and ethical conduct.

Requirements

  • BA/BSc in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Maximum 4 years' experience in investigations, compliance and internal audit.
  • Strong investigation, interviewing, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to review procedures, identify wrongdoing patterns, and recommend improvements.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with discretion on sensitive matters.
  • Confidence in present findings and recommendations directly to senior management.
