Junior Compliance Administrator

The Position:

We are actively seeking a Junior Compliance Administrator to join our Compliance/Paysec/AML Team and grow professionally. This role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day operations within the department, encompassing tasks ranging from ongoing compliance monitoring, payment security tasks (e.g. reviewing KYC documents), to supporting the team with related tasks. The successful candidate must also be prepared to tackle ad-hoc tasks that arise within the department.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct and analyze individual client risk assessments.
• Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) and Source of Wealth checks, including detailed client analysis.
• Assist in payment security monitoring and fraud analysis.
• Review relevant regulations and support the drafting of terms & conditions, policies, and procedures.
• Support internal and external auditors
• Communication with regulators and regulatory reporting
• Employee training on compliance matters.
• Collaborate actively with various internal departments to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks and projects.
• The above responsibilities are not exhaustive and may evolve as per the needs of the Compliance Department and the company.

Candidates Profile:

• University degree from a reputable University in Law / Economics / Business / Social Studies / Seince, or a related analytical or quantitative field of studies.
• Proficiency in the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
• Outstanding time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to meet multiple daily deadlines.
• Flexibility and adaptability in embracing new responsibilities as they arise.
• Willingness to grow and assume more responsibilities
