SOHO Office Space, Limassol's leading provider of coworking and serviced office solutions, is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Client Manager to join our growing team. If you're passionate about building strong relationships, closing deals, and delivering exceptional service in a vibrant, community-focused environment — we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales across key offerings, including Private Offices, Business Presence Memberships, Preferred Partnerships, and Events.
  • Manage the full sales process from A–Z in Cyprus, in close collaboration with the Head of Sales.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and conduct viewings to convert prospects into long-term members.
  • Identify and pursue outbound sales opportunities, building meaningful relationships with potential business partners.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, invoices, and all related sales documentation.
  • Consistently work toward and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Support and assist members with any requests or concerns in a friendly, solutions-oriented manner.
  • Liaise efficiently with internal departments (Maintenance, Cleaning, IT, Catering, and Management) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a proactive mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Dropbox
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: Standard business hours
