Our rigorous process includes verifying maintenance histories, running diagnostics, and refurbishing equipment to ensure reliability. We handle complex logistics, offer rental options, and provide original spare parts and consumables to ensure operational continuity. Transparency is key; we keep clients informed with full documentation throughout the procurement and after-sales process.

Role Description

This is a full time (5/2) on-site or hybrid role for a Client Support Manager, located in St. Petersburg. You'll handle inbound customer requests in the CRM, maintain order-status communications, and coordinate documents and information across Logistics, Legal, Accounting and Planning. Accuracy, clear writing, and structured thinking are essential.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills; professional written and spoken Russian.
  • Confident PC user; MS Office proficiency.
  • Ability to structure and systematize large data volumes; attention to detail; accountability; autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process inbound customer requests in the CRM.
  • Conduct business correspondence and provide status updates on orders.
  • Manage customer documentation: request primary/closing docs from Accounting (quotes, specs, addenda, UTD, invoices, acts of acceptance).
  • Liaise with adjacent teams (Logistics, Legal, Accounting, Planning & Economics); gather, transfer, and systematize information.

  • Compensation: RUB 70,000 for the first two months; then RUB 85,000.
