Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Limassol. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include leading sales meetings, providing training to the sales team, managing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales strategy development and lead generation
  • Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
  • Proficient in sales reporting and data analysis
  • Ability to work on-site in Limassol
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the recruitment or consulting industry is a plus
