Aggregator Growth Coordinator
to join our dynamic team, based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

As an Aggregator Growth Coordinator, you will support operations on third-party platforms (Wolt, Foody, Bolt Food in Cyprus; Wolt, E-food in Greece). The role involves using aggregator marketing tools, managing data, tracking budgets, and coordinating timelines, while developing valuable skills in e-commerce and data analysis. This is an entry-level role for a motivated, fast-learning individual eager to grow within PHC's digital commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate setup, monitoring, and optimization of brand campaigns and promotional offers on aggregator platforms, focusing on the Greece market.
  • Use platform marketing tools to boost visibility and sales; troubleshoot and resolve listing or campaign issues.
  • Input, validate, and track delivery sales and campaign data in Google Sheets and aggregator portals; support weekly/monthly performance reporting.
  • Maintain campaign budgets for Greece and Cyprus; track expenses, update records, and highlight discrepancies.
  • Manage calendars, timelines, and deadlines, ensuring smooth execution of offers and campaigns with brand/marketing teams.
  • Develop expertise in aggregator marketing tools and e-commerce metrics; strengthen analytical skills to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Gradually support management with insights, dashboards, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years' experience (incl. internship/part-time) in admin, retail, or food industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets & MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and solutions-driven.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
  • Interest in digital platforms, e-commerce, and data analysis; eager to learn and grow.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, detail-heavy tasks; strong work ethic and cross-market mindset.
  • Fluent in Greek & English (spoken & written).
  • Motivated to grow in a role blending operations, marketing, e-commerce, and analytics.
