What you'll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our partner professionals in Home Services.
  • Help them grow, improve their performance, and deliver top service to customers.
  • Analyse data (KPIs, dashboards, feedback) and coach professionals like a team coach.
  • Work closely with colleagues in Cyprus and HQ in Athens.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in operations, account management, client-facing roles, or sales support.
  • Fluent in Greek, comfortable with English.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (Excel, dashboards, CRMs).
  • Great communicator, positive, and team-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar (preferred).
