Digital Marketing Specialist
 to fulfill a job vacancy in the company.

Qualification Requirements:

· BS/MS degree in digital marketing or a related field.

· Digital marketing certifications (Certified Digital Marketing Professional, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Blueprint) will be considered an advantage.

· 3+ years' proven work experience in digital marketing focused role.

· In-depth knowledge and experience with various social media platforms, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn, SEO, and SEM techniques, PPC, website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

· Experience setting up and optimizing paid search campaigns to meet

campaign objectives (Google Ads – Search, Display, Video, App, Remarketing, and Paid Social – FB for Business, LinkedIn etc.).

· Experience in utilizing analytics tools to analyze online marketing campaigns in order to improve ROI.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

· Strong analytical, organization skills and high attention to detail.

· Ability to work under pressure and engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

· To Design the strategy to promote content across social media and digital channels.

· Designing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as SEO/SEM, PPC, display ads and social media, targeting the right message to the right market segment.

· Support online and social media advertising, email marketing and blogs.

· Monitoring key digital marketing metrics to track success and optimize plans,

and creating analytics reports to share progress on campaigns and marketing

activities.

· Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

· Updating and maintaining the company web site and social media pages.

· Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.

· Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

· Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the various company's social media channels and website.

· Collaborate with all marketing members to ensure the digital marketing is in

line with the overall marketing strategy
