- Evaluate and analyse reinsurance arrangements to ensure optimal capital efficiency and portfolio performance.
- Contribute to data analysis and modelling initiatives, helping improve actuarial tools and monitor portfolio results.
- Prepare clear, well-structured actuarial reports and collaborate effectively with management, underwriting, finance, and other key stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Progress toward a recognised actuarial qualification (i.e., IFoA or equivalent).

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with actuarial or statistical tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL) will be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with Solvency II and regulatory reporting requirements in Cyprus or the EU.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work efficiently within a team.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
