Pay CC is a cutting-edge payment solution provider, specifically tailored for high-risk industries. We are looking for a Payments Support Agent to join our rapidly growing team in Cyprus.

Main Responsibilities:

·       Provide technical support to merchants, addressing enquiries related to payment solutions, integrations, and technical issues.

·       Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, offering timely and effective solutions.

·       Assist clients in the seamless integration of payment solutions, including card processing, APMs, and Open Banking.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

·       Demonstrate an understanding of API documentation.

·       Work closely with clients to guide them through the integration process.

·       Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and provide technical support.

·       Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve issues promptly.

·       Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment solutions.

·       Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and workflows for improved efficiency.

Qualifications:

·       Proven experience in customer support, particularly in the payments industry.

·       Understanding of API documentation and integration processes.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

·       Familiarity with Payneteasy or PaymentIQ.

·       Ability to read, analyze, log and troubleshoot technical issues in the payment system.
