Business Development Administrator
.
IronFX
is a leading global online broker specializing in Forex, CFDs, Commodities, and Spot Metals since 2010.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare performance reports of the Business Development Management (BDM) team according to the needs of the Departmental Head.
  • Oversee the performance of BDM representatives and ensure targets are being met.
  • Communicate with the BDM team to gather client feedback on different aspects.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departmental heads for the training of new employees.
  • Manage schedules, file important documents, and communicate relevant information within the department.
  • Implement the internal regulations and procedures of the Company.
  • Perform additional or other duties within his/her capacity as necessary to meet the needs of the Employer's business.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to prepare performance reports.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to think out of the box and suggest improvements.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments (BDM and others).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
