Join our dynamic team as an In-House Legal Counsel and play a key role in supporting our legal operations and strategic initiatives. Working closely with the General Counsel and Senior Management, you will provide expert legal advice and ensure compliance across various areas of the business. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the General Counsel and internal stakeholders on legal matters, including contract drafting, restructuring, and group-related issues.
  • Provide legal advice on commercial issues, including intellectual property, technology, employment, and internal/service agreements.
  • Support legal strategy aligned with business growth, change management, and overall company goals.
  • Identify legal risks and opportunities, recommend solutions, and coordinate with external legal advisors when necessary.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, and agreements.
  • Maintain and organize the company's legal records and documentation.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc legal tasks as required to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Law degree
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience as a Legal Counsel, with strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
  • Background in telecommunications, e-commerce, information technology, software, or other tech-related industries is preferred
  • Experience in a regulated environment is an advantage
