Role Summary

The Junior Commercial Operations will assist the management team in ensuring the smooth execution of commercial and operational processes. This includes supporting business performance reporting, market analysis, partner management, internal coordination, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with multiple departments including Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Dealing Risk, and Back Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in daily commercial operations and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare regular reports on client activity, KPIs, and more.
  • Assist in monitoring partner performance, affiliate tracking, and commission calculations.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to maintain accurate records of leads, campaigns, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to streamline client onboarding, documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Help maintain CRM data integrity and support client segmentation projects.
  • Draft presentations, commercial proposals, and internal documentation as needed.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits or compliance reviews.
  • Take part in special projects and initiatives led by the management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in the Finance market/industry is a strong advantage.
