Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Director based in Limassol Municipality, with some flexibility for remote work. The Commercial Director will oversee commercial management activities, develop and execute business plans, lead and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team, and drive company revenue growth. The role involves creating strategies to manage and grow partnerships while ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Business Planning and Commercial Management
  • Proven ability in Team Management and Sales leadership
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for analyzing market trends and decision-making
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (MBA is a plus)
  • Experience in managing budgets, financial strategies, and revenue optimization
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and their impact on commercial strategies
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in previous roles
