Our current client is a newly established Bulgarian BPO company with a current on iGaming projects. On their behalf, we are looking for a Commercial Manager, who is ready for new opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Manage commercial contracts, negotiations, and key partner relationships.
- Monitor performance, analyze revenue data, and optimize pricing and offers.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and compliance teams to achieve business goals.
- Stay updated on iGaming market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
Key Requirements
- Technical education or degree in a relevant field.
- Commercial expertise.
- Previous experience in senior commercial or sales roles.
- Experience in high-value deal negotiation.
- Near-native English proficiency (C2).
- Turkish language would be a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of iGaming operations, including casino, sportsbook, and platform solutions, as well as affiliate and payment ecosystems.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and market expansion.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Experience in team leadership and coordination between sales, marketing, and product teams to align on growth objectives.
