Our current client is a newly established Bulgarian BPO company with a current on iGaming projects. On their behalf, we are looking for a Commercial Manager, who is ready for new opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage commercial contracts, negotiations, and key partner relationships.
  • Monitor performance, analyze revenue data, and optimize pricing and offers.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and compliance teams to achieve business goals.
  • Stay updated on iGaming market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.

Key Requirements

  • Technical education or degree in a relevant field.
  • Commercial expertise.
  • Previous experience in senior commercial or sales roles.
  • Experience in high-value deal negotiation.
  • Near-native English proficiency (C2).
  • Turkish language would be a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of iGaming operations, including casino, sportsbook, and platform solutions, as well as affiliate and payment ecosystems.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and market expansion.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Experience in team leadership and coordination between sales, marketing, and product teams to align on growth objectives.
