Emerald Zebra is seeking a highly organized, proactive and discreet Personal & Business Assistant to join a dynamic Family Office team based in Nicosia. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a wide range of activities across multiple sectors from travel and event planning to legal, financial, cultural, and philanthropic projects with direct contact with the UBOs. An exciting long term career path for the right candidate

The Role at a glance -

  • Manage complex calendars and daily schedules with precision and foresight
  • Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transfers, visas)
  • Assist in planning and executing both private and corporate events (dinners, retreats, offsites)
  • Support philanthropic initiatives and social impact projects
  • Handle personal errands and logistics, when required
  • Participate in diverse Family Office projects including legal, financial, cultural, and investment-related initiatives
  • Liaise with internal team members, external advisors, service providers, and charitable organizations
  • Proactively contribute ideas, take ownership of tasks, and ensure timely follow-through
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the Family Office

The Profile required -

  • Fluent in English and Russian is a must (Greek is a strong advantage)
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • High level of discretion, maturity, and professionalism in handling confidential matters
  • Strong communication skills and sound judgment
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); familiarity with task/project management tools is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role is essential plus reliability, adaptability, motivation and initiative which are valued above all
