Assistant Accountant

We are looking to hire a motivated and reliable individual for the position of
Assistant Accountant
, who will be responsible for the following tasks:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recording of receipts
  • Monitoring outstanding receivables
  • Tracking and verifying courier shipments and related payments
  • Reconciling bank statements and customer accounts
  • Maintaining various records and files
  • Performing general office duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration or Accounting, or holder of LCCI Higher diploma
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English languages
  • Very good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Capability to take on responsibilities, solve problems, and meet deadlines
  • Pleasant personality
  • Previous experience will be considered an additional advantage
