Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting and Administrative Assistant located in Nicosia. Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, managing clerical tasks, and supporting executive operations. The role also involves professional communication, handling phone inquiries with proper etiquette, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day office activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for organizing and managing office operations.
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette for interacting with clients and team members professionally.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to provide direct support to senior management.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Relevant educational background or certification in administration or secretarial studies is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic accounting and financial administration practices is an advantage.
- Familiarity with office software and tools, and fluency in English; Greek proficiency is a plus.
