Role Description
This is a full-time remote/hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Nicosia, Cyprus. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing clerical and administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining records. The role involves coordinating meetings, organizing documentation, assisting executives, maintaining office procedures, and ensuring seamless daily operations to support team members effectively.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including record management and document preparation
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills, with the ability to professionally interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, calendar management, and support for senior-level executives
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages or knowledge of the financial and regulatory sectors in Cyprus is an advantage
