Job Location: Will be in Dubai after probation

Key_Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis in the APAC/LATAM region.

Identify and establish
strategic partnerships with local banks, PSPs, agents, and key stakeholders
.

Serve as a cultural and linguistic liaison to ensure alignment with regional business practices.

Assist in onboarding and due diligence of partners.

Collaborate with compliance, operations, and legal teams for market entry and expansion.

Attend industry events and conferences to represent our company.

Monitor regulatory developments and market trends, sharing insights with internal teams.

Qualifications:

Proficient in English (both written and verbal).


Strong experience in HIGH RISK Merchants and Fintech Industry.


Currently based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
.

Proven experience in business development, market entry, or strategic partnerships in fintech or financial services.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.
