What we're looking for?

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a crucial supporting role within the firm, working directly with Senior Business Analysts and the Directors to deliver high-quality financial and strategic solutions to our clients.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting research, preparing financial models, drafting presentations, and supporting client engagements across a wide range of industries. Your work will provide the foundation that enables our senior team members to deliver value on both strategic projects—such as mergers and acquisitions, fundraising initiatives, and organizational restructurings—as well as ongoing Fractional CFO assignments involving financial planning, performance analysis, and cash flow management.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance and strategy while learning from experienced professionals. It is well-suited for an ambitious individual who is eager to sharpen their analytical skills, contribute to impactful projects, and grow within a collaborative, fast-paced advisory environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Work directly with senior team members and the Managing Director.
• Assist with financial analysis, modelling, and reporting.
• Conduct market research on specific industries and assist in the preparation of information memoranda and teasers.
• Support all stages of financial transactions, from pitching and marketing materials to negotiations, due diligence, and closing.
• Deliver quantitative analysis and support ongoing projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Business or a related field.
• CFA Level I or Level II candidate.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Background in audit, transaction advisory, or accounting will be considered an advantage.

Competencies:

• Familiarity with accounting standards (IFRS, USGAAP, UKGAAP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, such as Excel, Power BI etc.
• Knowledge of AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or CoPilot.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive "can-do" attitude, with a commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
