Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and user stories.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across web and/or mobile applications.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and UX designers to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like Jira or similar.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Provide clear and concise feedback on usability, performance, and edge cases.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and release validation activities.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues reported internally or by customers, reproducing problems and identifying root causes.
  • Join customer or support team calls when needed to gather context, clarify issues, and assist in resolution efforts.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing roles.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with test case management tools (e.g. PractiTest, TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Robot Framework).
  • Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g. Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman, Swagger).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g. Git).
  • ISTQB or other QA certifications.
