Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Finance Manager
to oversee and manage the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling billing workflows, client account reconciliation, financial reporting, supplier management, and compliance with tax and VAT regulations. Experience with QuickBooks is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Backoffice – myHostingB2B portal

  • Oversee
    pending orders
    , activations, and cancellations.
  • Manage
    cancellation requests
    , including approval, suspension, and termination workflows.
  • Monitor
    overdue and unpaid invoices
    , issuing reminders and coordinating terminations or suspensions as needed.
  • Identify and manage
    high-priority unpaid plans
    (e.g., dedicated servers, colocation).
  • Review and respond to
    billing tickets
    , refund requests, new orders, email verifications, and client account updates.
  • Monitor and ensure accurate
    due dates and renewals.

Accounting & Finance – QuickBooks

  • Perform
    bank reconciliation
  • Reconcile
    invoices and payments
    , ensuring no missing invoice records.
  • Submit
    VAT returns, VIES, OSS
    , and tax-related filings in compliance with regulatory timelines.
  • Manage
    supplier payments
  • Track and log
    monthly exchange rates
    via official sources (e.g., Cyprus Ministry of Finance).
  • Prepare and analyze
    monthly Profit & Loss statements
    and compare to forecasts.
  • Generate
    profitability reports by location
    and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
  • Maintain
    metrics dashboards
    (Metrics Cube or similar tools).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance management or senior accounting role.
  • Proficient with
    QuickBooks
    and online CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of
    VAT regulations
    ,
    VIES validation
    , and
    Cypriot financial reporting
    .
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Fluent in English; Greek is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in hosting, SaaS, or regulated industries (e.g., iGaming, fintech).
  • Familiarity with automated billing systems and ticketing platforms.
  • Exposure to international accounting standards and multi-currency environments.
