We're on the lookout for a
talented and ambitious Web Affiliate Manager
to join our fast-growing team. If you have a strong background in affiliate marketing within the
iGaming industry
and thrive in a results-driven environment, this role is made for you.

Role Overview:

  • Manage & grow
    a portfolio of affiliate partners to deliver consistent traffic and revenue.
  • Identify, approach & onboard
    new affiliates through research, referrals, and networking.
  • Negotiate and optimize
    deals to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Monitor & analyze
    affiliate activity, spotting opportunities to scale and improve.
  • Collaborate across teams
    to ensure alignment with wider marketing strategies and business goals.

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years' experience
    as an Affiliate Manager in the gambling/iGaming industry.
  • A
    proven track record
    in driving sales growth and hitting ambitious targets.
  • Self-starter mentality
    – proactive, results-focused, and driven to succeed.
  • Strong sense of
    professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
  • Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
