experienced ACCOUNTANT - BOOKKEEPER, to support our client

financial department. The responsibilities of the ACCOUNTANT -

BOOKKEEPER include processing payments, updating financial

records, and managing invoices.

ACCOUNTANT-BOOKKEEPER

To be successful as a ACCOUNTANT-BOOKKEEPER, you should

have strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, good

organizational skills, and working knowledge of accounting software.

Ultimately, a top-notch finance assistant should have integrity, excellent

mathematical skills, and an understanding of data privacy standards.

Responsibilities:

-Bookkeeping of client's transactions.

-Maintaining proper books and records for clients.

-Preparation and submission of VAT returns, VIES and Intrastat reports

and other VAT issues.

-Providing financial information and other reports to the clients.

-Reporting results of work performed to Director / Manager.

-Preparation of Reconciliations of banks, receivables and payables.

-Issuing and settlement of invoices.

-Handling correspondence with clients on issues related to accounting

and administration.

-Liaising with clients or external parties, in order to perform daily

accounting work.

-Supporting administrative department on various issues.

Other – to be considered advantageous:

-Preparation of payroll and social contributions payments / compliance.

-Preparation of personal tax returns (income / defence tax).

-Communication with auditors and clients on issues related to audit.

Required qualifications / Experience / Skills:

-At least 3-4 years of demonstrated work experience in an Accounting /

Bookkeeping role.

-Excellent knowledge of Greek / Excellent knowledge of English.

-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word.

-Highly ethical, trustworthy, reliable and discreet individual.

-Organizational and communication skills.

-Attention to details.

-Willingness to learn and develop.

-Team-working skills.

Other – to be considered advantageous:

-Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

-Holder of LCCI Accounting.

Benefits:

-Salary. 1.400€ € NET Salary

Working hours (38,5 in total on a weekly basis):

-Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 08:00 – 17:30 (13:00 – 14:00

lunch break)

-Wednesday and Friday 08:00 – 14:30 (no break)
