We're looking for a dynamic
Sales Account Manager
who is motivated by growth, embraces change, and enjoys solving real business problems through impactful software solutions. You'll play a vital role in building long-lasting client relationships and driving our business forward.

What You'll Be Working On

·       Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.

·       Work with clients to identify new and ongoing requirements, introducing new products and services as appropriate.

·       Collaborate with technical teams to translate client needs into tailored software solutions.

·       Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

·       Deliver sales presentations to high-level executives.

·       Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports, and supporting literature.

·       Work closely with assigned clients, regularly liaising with multiple key stakeholders and ensuring an ongoing quality relationship is maintained.

·       Demonstrate good knowledge of products and services, with expert knowledge in certain areas.

·       Engage with partner vendors to remain appropriately involved and informed about their developments and offerings.

·       Negotiate and close deals to secure new clients and expand existing accounts.

·       Manage the sales cycle, ensuring timely communication and exceeding client expectations.

·       Identify and develop new business opportunities in your assigned market segment.

·       Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth strategy.

·       Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports to support forecasting and strategic decision-making.

·       Foster close collaboration across internal teams (development, design, project management) for a seamless client experience.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in IT services (preferably in software).
  • Strong command of
    English and Greek
    (both written and spoken).
  • A solid understanding of software development processes and sales methodologies.
  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales tools/techniques.
  • Experience with public tenders is a significant plus.
