The Role

We're seeking a
Marketing & Community Outreach Associate

to help us grow Vevivo and future projects both in Cyprus and internationally. This is a people-focused role that blends marketing, outreach, and relationship-building. You'll represent Vevivo Ltd at events, support our marketing strategy, and connect directly with professionals, expats, and partners.

What You'll Do

  • Community & Event Outreach
  • Represent Vevivo Ltd at networking events, expat meetups, and industry gatherings.
  • Promote our products and engage with early adopters in Cyprus and abroad.
  • Marketing & Growth
  • Contribute to marketing plans and campaigns across multiple products.
  • Assist in launching new initiatives, creating content, and running activations.
  • Support international growth by exploring partnerships and opportunities abroad.
  • Client & Partner Interaction
  • Talk to professionals, clients, and partners about our products.
  • Onboard new users to the Vevivo platform and gather feedback.
  • Community Building
  • Build relationships with coworking spaces, universities, and professional groups.
  • Help grow a trusted community of users and advocates around our products.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in
    English and Russian

(Ukrainian or other languages are a bonus).
- Comfortable representing a brand in person and online.
- Experience in marketing, events, or community management.
- Proactive, people-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Based in Cyprus (Limassol preferred) with willingness to engage internationally.
- Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Meta Edits and any other video editing tool for reels, shorts and TikTok creation.
- Familiar with any AI tool that can assist with content generation.
- Familiar with simple CRM systems and cold email campaign generation. (Optional)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
