About the Role:

We're looking for a confident, personable, and well-spoken individual to join our team as a LinkedIn Video Outreach Specialist
. Your primary role will be to send personalised video introductions to potential leads, partners, and clients on LinkedIn, introducing them to our company and the value we offer.

  • This is not a sales-heavy role – it's about making strong first impressions, starting meaningful conversations, and helping us grow our network through professional and friendly outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and send short, personalised video messages to potential contacts on LinkedIn
  • Follow a clear script and structure (provided), with the flexibility to personalise for each recipient
  • Manage and track outreach activity using simple CRM tools or spreadsheets
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify ideal targets
  • Maintain a professional tone and appearance in all communications
  • Respond to replies and hand off warm leads to the appropriate internal team

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (on-camera presence is key)
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Comfortable being on video and engaging with professionals
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, organised, and reliable
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or outreach is a bonus but not required
