Requirements:

  • More than 1 year of experience working with neural networks to create illustrations with characters. Preferably in semi-realism and photo-realism.
  • Basic artistic skills: composition, color, lighting, anatomy, perspective.
  • Advanced proficiency in ComfyUI. Ability to create custom workflows within it.
  • Experience working with SDXL, Flux, and Qwen models in ComfyUI.
  • Experience training LoRA for styles and characters.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into the creative process.
  • Professional proficiency in Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with style guides and maintaining visual consistency within a project.
  • Teamwork skills and effective communication for collaboration with artists.
  • Ability to independently manage your workflow.
  • Fluent in Russian, English proficiency no lower than B2.

A strong plus:

  • Experience working as a 2D artist, creating illustrations and promo art without using neural networks.
  • Having an artistic education will be a significant advantage.


Responsibilities
:

  • Training and fine-tuning LoRA, creating datasets for them.
  • Collaborating with the Art Team on the creation of complex promo illustrations based on their sketches (including assembling generations, upscaling, and polishing to a pre-final state).
  • Working within the established visual style and contributing to its development.
  • Monitoring news in the world of generative AI, testing new tools, and proposing solutions to optimize studio pipelines.
