Our client is an are an industry-leading broker offering online CFD trading across FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices, and is looking for a talented Head of Finance to join their on-site team in Limassol. If you're ready to drive financial strategy and collaborate closely with our CFO, this could be your next big move

Position: Head of Finance
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Work Model: On-site
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with CFO and departments on annual budgets and cost-saving measures
  • Lead capital requests, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Provide strategic financial insights and support tax planning
  • Oversee cash management, funding, and financial forecasts
  • Assess counterparties, banks, and profitability of services
  • Review financial statements and maintain banking relationships
Requirements:
  • Bachelors in Business, Accounting, or Finance (CFA a plus)
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong experience in finance, ideally within financial intermediary firms
  • Knowledge of IFRS and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Leadership experience and excellent analytical abilities
