Our client, a well-established organisation in the Services sector, is looking to hire an
HR Administrator
to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process: CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with onboarding & offboarding procedures, including checklists and systems updates.
  • Handle daily HR administrative tasks.
  • Assist with HR reports, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the HR department and continuous improvement of processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR Administration or a similar role (1–2 years preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Greek is an advantage).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • A proactive and supportive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
