Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role

  • Proven experience working with or responding to legal/governmental or institutional data requests.

  • Solid understanding of data protection, privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), and legal process frameworks.

  • Excellent organizational and decision-making skills, especially under pressure or in sensitive scenarios.

  • Strong leadership qualities and prior experience supervising a team or mentoring others.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

About The Role Your Mission

  • Own and oversee the processing of external requests related to user data from:

    • Public authorities: courts, law enforcement, prosecutors, regulators, etc.

    • Private authorities: banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, legal representatives, etc.

  • Ensure requests are assessed, prioritized, and handled in compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and data protection regulations.

  • Act as the main point of escalation for complex or sensitive requests.

  • Supervise and support a team of external reports specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Compliance teams to improve workflows and ensure aligned decision-making.

  • Maintain accurate records of requests and support internal reporting and audit activities.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence within the team.
