Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Senior Affiliate Manager
to lead our affiliate marketing efforts and drive strategic partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and optimizing our affiliate program, managing key relationships, and identifying new business opportunities that align with our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing, with a proven ability to generate revenue and build long-term partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the affiliate program strategy, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of affiliate partners.
- Identify, negotiate, and establish high-impact affiliate and strategic business partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, legal, finance) to support partner needs and streamline operations.
- Stay up to date on affiliate marketing trends, technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular reports and insights on affiliate performance and business development activities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to grow the partner network.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing (business development), preferably within the digital marketing, e-commerce, iGaming, fintech, or SaaS industries in Tiers 1 (except USA).
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance-based marketing models.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data to make data-driven decisions.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Nice to Have:
- Experience working with major affiliate platforms
- Existing network of affiliate partners or contacts in relevant industries.
- Familiarity with SEO, paid media, influencer marketing, or content marketing.
- Experience in international markets and multicultural environments.
- Background in sales or account management is a strong plus.
