About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Affiliate Manager
with a proven track record in
Forex and Proprietary (Prop) Trading.
This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while working in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment. You will be responsible for expanding our affiliate network, managing relationships with partners, and driving growth through innovative affiliate strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard high-performing affiliates, influencers, and introducing brokers (IBs) within the Forex and Prop trading space.
  • Negotiate commission structures and tailor partnership agreements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates.
  • Support affiliates with marketing materials, tools, and campaign guidance.
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance to maximize ROI.
  • Suggest improvements to creatives, funnels, and landing pages.
  • Stay informed on Forex, Prop trading, and fintech industry trends.
  • Benchmark against competitor affiliate programs and propose growth initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs such as client acquisition, deposit volumes, and trading activity.
  • Deliver regular reports and insights to management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience as an Affiliate Manager in
    Forex / Prop Trading / Fintech
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    financial markets, Forex trading, and prop firm models
    .
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking software (e.g., HasOffers, Everflow, Impact, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a
    remote environment
    .
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
