Are you passionate about the bar industry and ready to champion one of the most exciting mixer brands in the market? Join Coca-Cola HBC CY as a Three Cents Brand Activator and help us drive visibility, engagement, and growth for Three Cents across Cyprus.

As a Brand Activator, you'll be at the forefront of spreading the Three Cents culture. You'll train bartenders, secure menu placements, and create memorable brand experiences. With deep product knowledge and strong market insight, you'll support our sales force and elevate brand equity in the HoReCa channel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Spread Three Cents culture, values, and priorities internally and in the market.
  • Visit HoReCa outlets to support sales in: closing new agreements, increasing the range of listed Three Cents products & outlet conversion and acquisition
  • Collaborate with bars for seamless menu integration and updates.
  • Approach new customers and work closely with sales to secure agreements.
  • Leverage your network to connect sales teams with key customers.
  • Run mentoring sessions, trainings, and guest shifts in top outlets.
  • Plan and execute events, tastings, brand activations, and bar show participation.
  • Deliver customer-centric selling stories.
  • Partner with the Three Cents Business Leader and cross-functional teams for consistent execution.
  • Build influencer networks to boost brand visibility and support PR initiative.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Strong knowledge of the bar industry, bartending, premium spirits, and mixers.
  • Experience in On-Trade activation and customer development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
  • Solid computer skills.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.
