What you'll own:

  • Partner claim intake & verification: design the rulebook, evidence checklist, SLAs, and return policy for invalid claims.
  • Partner anti-fraud: controls, audits, sampling, trust tiers/blacklists, contractual clauses & penalties; dispute resolution with Legal.
  • Collections as a product (B2C): segmentation by vintage/ amount/type/geo/partner; contact strategy (dialer/WhatsApp/SMS/email), PTP policy, and QA & training.
  • Ops & tech: stand up CRM + dialer + WhatsApp Business API, payment links/self-serve portal, templates/scripts, and automation (workflows, tags, triggers). Own AmoCRM today—or lead migration if needed.
  • Analytics & reporting: dashboards for Recovery by Vintage, RPC, PTP & kept-rate, cycle time, forecast accuracy (±10%), cost-to-collect, € recovered/agent-hour.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years in consumer collections/risk with measurable uplifts; international or high-growth setting.
  • Built teams and strategies end-to-end (intake/verification → soft collections → escalation).
  • Hands-on with CRM + dialer + WhatsApp API, scripts, QA, training, and incentive design.
  • Data-driven: segmentation, testing, forecasting, and operational dashboards.
  • Startup mentality: proactive, resourceful, comfortable owning outcomes.
  • Languages: Fluent English; Russian a strong plus

Nice to have:

  • Mobility/rental or consumer services where incidents/claims are frequent (fines, damages, tolls).
  • Partner-side anti-fraud experience (audits, evidence standards, return/penalty policies).
  • Experience migrating CRMs/call stacks and implementing self-serve payment flows.
