AML Officer
to join their growing compliance team in Limassol.

The role:

As AML Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the firm's compliance framework, ensuring adherence to AML/KYC/CFT regulations, and assisting with monitoring, reporting, and internal policies. You'll gain exposure to both local and EU regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer and partner identity verification (KYC/KYB) and due diligence checks.
  • Review and validate identification documents such as passports, IDs, and utility bills.
  • Use AML/KYC software tools to monitor transactions and flag suspicious activity. Preferred experience with compliance and AML platforms
  • Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and other regulatory requirements across processes.
  • Apply Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) to high-risk cases and escalate when necessary.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for clients, partners, and service providers.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics, Law, or other related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of effective working experience as AML Officer at an EU/EEA regulated Bank, Electronic Money Institution, or ForEx firm
  • CySEC studier or qualified would be beneficial
  • Fluency in both Greek and English
