Almond Recruitment, together with our client—a well-established and highly reputable forex firm—is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Dealer/Broker to join their Limassol team. As part of an international group, our client remains committed to maintaining the highest regulatory standards while consistently providing exceptional service.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Brokerage and Head of Portfolio Management, contributing to trade execution, risk oversight, and platform operations across the firm's multi-asset infrastructure. The role will work standard working hours Monday-to-Friday with no shift work.

Responsibilities

  • Perform user setup, group configuration, and symbol administration using MT4/MT5 Administrator and Manager terminals
  • Support trade execution monitoring, stop-out/margin call management, and manual interventions as needed
  • Maintain platform integrity and assist with plugin and bridge configurations
  • Respond to internal and client platform-related queries in coordination with the brokerage and portfolio teams
  • Document system changes, platform configurations, and standard operating procedures for consistency and audit readiness
  • Support the Heads of Brokerage and Portfolio Management with real-time trade flow monitoring and position analysis
  • Identify risk anomalies or unusual trading activity and escalate when necessary
  • Assist with pre-trade checks and live P&L / risk exposure reviews across client accounts
  • Support ongoing analysis of liquidity, spreads, and execution quality
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Risk functions to ensure trading activities align with internal limits and regulatory standards
  • Operate and monitor bridges for liquidity routing and order execution
  • Troubleshoot connectivity or latency issues and coordinate with tech vendors and IT teams
  • Assist in liquidity mapping and bridge configuration updates
  • Report critical connectivity incidents and participate in incident resolution processes as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a brokerage, dealing, or trading platform operations role
  • Strong proficiency with MT4/MT5 Administrator and Manager terminals
  • Working knowledge of bridges (ACT,PXM,OZ)
  • CySEC Certificate (Basic or Advanced)
  • Knowledge of CySEC reporting
  • Solid understanding of FX/CFD trade execution, margin mechanics, and risk controls
  • Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively with IT, Compliance, and Portfolio Management teams
