At JetBrains, code is our passion. Since 2000, we've been building tools that help developers focus on what matters. Along with creating our products, we run offline educational programs that advance computer science and software engineering education.

We're looking for an Education Project Coordinator with a technical background and strong people/operations skills to run our offline initiatives in Cyprus, including higher degree programs. You'll run end-to-end program operations, including supporting students, scheduling, managing venues and vendors, coordinating instructors, and handling day-to-day deliveries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Run programs end-to-end in Cyprus
: Organize and manage timelines, calendars, classrooms, venues, vendors, instructor logistics, materials, and on-site operations.
  • Support students and alumni
: Conduct onboardings, regular check-ins, issue resolutions, meetups, and career events in partnership with internship and employer relations programs.
  • Track quality and outcomes
: Collect feedback, analyze results, and iterate program processes and content with academic leads.
  • Coordinate partners
: Work with universities, instructors, and industry partners to maintain a reliable local network.
  • Collaborate on communications
: Align with PR/events/marketing on announcements, website updates, and event promotion.
  • Maintain compliance and safety
: Follow data protection policies, on-site safety regulations, and the code of conduct.
  • Produce documentation and reporting
: Maintain clear docs, dashboards, and post-mortems. Identify risks early and propose fixes.

We would like you on our team if you:

  • A technical background (degree not required): comfortable with CS/software/AI topics
  • 2+ years of program or operations management experience, preferably in education (universities, bootcamps) or events.
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to confidently use spreadsheets/docs and task trackers.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with enthusiasm for working with students, partners, and colleagues.

We'd be especially thrilled if you:
